Ms. Blitz became the mayor of the little town of Camino after her husband died by shooting himself in the head in an accident (yeah).
She was the only one to postulate for the town hall and officially won by forfeit (her nonexisting opponents never showed up).
She seems to have gained fame around Camino, as most inhabitants refer to her with a nickname : "who?".
