Ahhh! Rocket knight Sparkster! gosh its been ages since I last heard of this fun character and game.
Such a lovely work here as a remembrance.

Also, I always thought he would have made a much cooler mascot for the Sega Genisis during the mascot wars. XD

Yeah sparkster would've been an awesome sega mascot (sadly sega never took the ip, sadly stuck with konami who sadly seem to have once again forgotten the awesome opossum, he's also great for smash but I guess only if you're popular you get in that, sorry for the cynicism I really really want this franchise to succeed, konami sell it to treasure or similar, such a horrible company now :( ).

Oh no no, its quite fine really. I'm actually on your side since Konami.... Pretty much screwed up itself and the childhood of several generations because of what they have been doing recently, plus the current company that owns Sparkster (Like you said) Really don't understand the full potential of what he is capable of!

Oh yeah.. Please do be careful by not mentioning the words Awesome & Possum. Awesome Possum wasn't a really good game in my honest opinion. ^^;;

True yeah I hate awesome oppossum and only sparkster in My mind was the awesome one the other one was such a horrid sonic rip off he pretty much screamed clone minus the likeability (irony is sparkster gets called a sonic clone and he never was period, if people want to go the animal mascot was first done by sonic then they might as well say sonic is a donkey kong clone etc, I loved the old sonic games and colours and generations of recent and don't mind the sonic boom series but man I hate how rka gets called a clone. Rka came out before s & k which ironically took some of the games bosses along with similar levels in some parts, personally I think sonic and sparkster were both awesome and he would make an awesome tag partner for sonic in smash (so many possibilities).

It's sickening hat konami have done to their employees, kojima, I hope they have a massive restructure or give their ips to someone who gives a damn and yeah all those ips and....they're just left there ....or turned into ips, konami like capcom in the 80s and 90s were kings it's a damn shame to see what they've become now, still atleast capcom may be starting to learn now even if it's slowly.

As for Kojima... Oh~ Believe me when I say this.. He's definitely going to shine a whole lot brighter like a phoenix from the ashes since Sony swooped in and picked him up like some princess in distress! ... Errm Prince in distress? xD
Anyways, I do hope Kojima plans on making newer and more amazing games that Konami is going to beg to get him back. Other than that, I do hope that Konami will crumble horribly.. I give them at least 2-3 years.

Indeed #fuckonami !ndeed kojima even looks happy now as well, konamis loss and yeah 2 or 3 years they can't survive on pes alone and pachinko crap, we want games.

I might not be a mgs fan but I wish the guy all the best and hope he gets to make more games he wants to make and I'm sure he will ( I liked mgs1 but I guess it got too crazy when raiden came in, 3 was ok...4 was...all over the place).

I'm not that big fan on the MGS series, but What I truly adore and will definitely miss his Zone of Enders projects. D: Those action fighting robot games are such glorious master pieces! And Kojima was planning on a third one after Silent Hill PT... Shame that's just a distant dream now. u_u
