So! THIS wonderful lil' piece of artwork was something I began late November of last year! I delayed getting it drawn because work tired me out and this and that... But I finally decided to spend the time finishing it when this guy 
luigirocks84 came to visit xD I wanted to show him what it was "intended to look like." A quick five minute project became, like...four hours xD and so I gave it a quick brush and polished it up, posting it here as it ought to be.
This drawing idea was based on an RP he and I did, where our characters Matt the Umbreon and Luiza the Vaporeon were partners ^^ Yeah I know--two Eevees as a PMD team doesn't seem possible, but we ran with it. Luiza is very energetic, and as a pup, she definitely had a personality to her. ^^ Matt was a bit more withdrawn, but as the days went by, he and Luiza began to open up to one another...something of a first in he and I's RP's xD since Matt and Luiza kinda had a rocky friendship in several different settings we'd done.
Matt and Luiza first meet upon the first day of their training camp. What kind of a training camp? The camp was intended to teach young Pokemon the basics of survival out in the wilderness ^^ It taught them the necessities of rescuing endangered team mates and Pokemon, how to perform a safe and time-managed expedition, how to correctly read maps, and even how to build shelters. Matt's parents signed him up, and he was NOT enthused about this at all xD But Luiza, well... she had other plans. She was so eager to get out and try this, she had no time to think about anything else! The two met, and were paired together as team mates. The two would go on together to explore many places, after their camp ended... The Pokemon Exploration and Rescue Training camp, or "PERT," as it was called, was led by an Arcanine by the name of Red. "Arc," as some Pokemon called him, is an OC of mine that was based off an ol' Pokemon Red Version Pokemon I'd had of the same name. Went on to use him for Pokemon Silver and Crystal versions, but alas...Ruby and Sapphire T.T that ended my reign with Red. But he still lives on in the stories Luigi and I work on together. ^^
Luiza's eyeing up that apple. ;3 I think she wants a tasty treat...~
