Ahhhhh for class I got to make Fex into a hand puppet he's so cute x) I'll have to try and get a video of him in action. His face and hands are felted and the body is sewn and theres a slot for your hand to go through the neck to the mouth, and then he drapes around your shoulders n stuff. yeeea

and oh woah.... that... sounds awesome. Like, I've attempted to do a fur suit head but didn't have patience for the crazy accuracy of the patterns and fur and everything but felting is much easier (though takes mad long). Since its wool it'd probably really warm too but hey its worth a shot! maybe one day I'll try x)

fuuuuuug i didn't think about the warmth aspect...but maybe one could get clever with ventilation and such, and as long as the wool wasn't in contact with the skin it might not be TOO bad? hmhm. still, it'd take about 1000000 years (i've done little felt animals and stuff, it's crazy how long it takes!)
