General Color test of the ugly big batdragon
Found this tidbit, its a color test (they always start plain like this for all my characters) of 'Savage' the bat-dragon.
Unlike most winged creatures he actually would use those wings to walk with, much like a bat would. He can stand upright, true enough, but stalking (something he does quite a bit) or just moving about normally, this is how he would actuate himself.
He is one of those villains who think he's smart, try to appear as smart but really is on the dense side of intelligence. "Savage" (nickname, not birth name) would rather beat the sh*t out of you than to accept the fact he can't answer simple questions like "how to spell DVD".
He likes Pina Colada, mushrooms, color...doesn't matter he's color blind and sex on the wing (thanks to his dragon bloodlines). His wingspan is 45ft and he stands (on four 'feet') seven feet at the shoulders. Savage's tail is very prehensile (as is *another* part of him, AHEM) and uses it to choke/trip/cut/make pies with.
He's a taker, not an asker. (made up a word there). 'Love him or get beat up' is his train of thought.

If by minions you mean smaller versions of him the he also tortures/beats up, then yes =)
They hoard around him for protection mostly. But then they have to keep their distance also, or else he'll beat the sh*t out of them for just being in his eyesight

Three finger wings with giant clawed thumbs (weapons, climbing)
His hands have three fingers, one thumb (updated from this pic- but in the picture above he doesn't have thumbs).
No matter what I tried, balling up a thumb-less hand just didn't look right so I had to add a thumb thereafter.
