Normally I don’t post actual Twisted Ribbon story here but this thing took me too long and I’m too happy with how it came out not to explain it at least a little.

Twisted’s parents are no longer with us and every Hearth’s Warming is very emotional for her since she has no living family to hold near during this time of year. She’s constantly struggling with what goes on in her life and this season tends to make her feel more alone than ever but this year… this year she made friends. Friends she wouldn’t trade for the world and, while they can’t be with her now she knows they’ll always be near if she needs them.

I know the holiday season is rough on a lot of people out there but I wanted to make something inspired by those who may or may not have someone this year to be with. You aren’t alone even if you are physically. If you feel lonely or sad call someone, text someone, and if you can think of no one in this world you’d like to talk to I’d like to offer my ear. If you need someone to talk to I’m more than willing to talk if you want to.
