This looks really great! I love the design of the dress, since I'm a huge Victorian era / steampunk fan! :D

That cane is amazing and I love that hat!

I'm a little curious, does this character not have a tail, or is it just short?

For the tail, since I was at school, it must be that I forgot to draw it. Let's say it's hidden xP Normally, the tails is a fluffy white.

ah ok! One thing I would fix, is maybe making the outline on the left and right of the dress a little thicker, just to make the gears not seem like they're floating or weightless.
