For this badger, pretty cold actually. Grew up in the northern hinter lands and have a pretty decent tolerance... living in the subtropics, I don't even bother with long sleeves much anymore. However, as jackets and scarves were kind of the regional mode of dress back home, I would be inclined to bundle up just because it's comfortable and familiar.
