Cat-Ciel is great, it's a funny play on him being the 'lap dog/attack dog' of the Crown. I think that was the metaphor used, It's been a while since I read the first volumes.
But Puppy Ciel (if that's who he is in the bottom corners is adorables! (Somehow I imagine him 'becoming' a dog via Sebastian magic when he is in disguise sort of like when he dresses up as a girl....)

I really wanted Ciel to be a dog because it would fit that metaphor so well, he´s is compared to a dog in the manga and anime so many times (also queen victoria used to have those type of dogs) however cat was fit in his personality better.

And honestly, dressing up (with magic) as a dog is as unexpected as dressing up as a girl (with being so moe) Still there are small dogs that are rather catty. Actually Terriers are small dogs that'll take a bite out of you no matter how big you are if you cross their lines. (Course they'll be adorable tall waggers if you love 'em)
I feel like Sebastian and Grell being birds is a really, really good idea. I also think that on top of being adorable, Ciel as a cat makes me happy because I always suspected he didn't like being referred to as the queen's dog, which would probably be a massive pain in the ass for a cat.
Whats more It feels like you captured the characters perfectly with your choices of anthros. Granted Sebastian is a crow demon so thats easy but the graverobber and the grim reaper are perfect! Defiantly like Ciel as a cat, it fits the snobbish personality well but...... her is the dog of the queen.... so its tough X3
I hate to say it cause the cat ciel is so cute but he is the "Queens guard dog" so I'd have to say go with the dog. What I like (and this is just a guess) but did you go with an English dog breed? Looking up british breeds the ears on dog ciel look like the King Charles Spaniel which as it turns out were gifts given to European royalty. And for a bit of added coincidence the breed originated in far east primarily in japan. Adds another layer to the art based on the japanese Kuroshitsuji

Thanks! I think raven fits Sebastian, not only because his personality, corvids tend to be very smart and cunning, also very sadistic and playful, if we add the fact he repeats the same phrases and puns over and over fits pretty well, but also the crow is a symbolism of the character in the series. i couldn´t see him otherwise since I drew him like that so, that´s the reason why I want to keep it as it is. Toh people see him as cat too, is in the eye of the beholder and everyone is free to interpetate, this is just my view.
