This baby is still going. I think she's gonna make it until I can get her up to the humane society.

Best wishes to you both. That first picture is heartbreaking. She is looking better here, still zoned out (to be expected), but much, much less scared. If you can get some water into her, do so. Sugar water might be a good idea to keep her blood sugars up. Help her get through the night.
Thank you a million for giving her a second chance. Please keep us posted!

I can only imagine:(. I could really see it in her eyes that it was bad, really scary.
If you dont have any eyedroppers handy, soaking a cloth and squeezing it into her mouth would be fine. She probably wont take initiative to drink in her condition with that awful chin injury.
Im glad that she is resting though. Much better than panic. Looks like you have a long night ahead of you. Ill definitely be thinking about you guys, Ive been there too many times.

Ahhh, Im not angel! I'm just a big ol softy who loves animals. ):
She's an angeeel for letting me approach her without a fight. I hope she makes it. I'll give the egg thing a shot when she wakes up, but her chin is incredibly messed up. My stomach turns thinking about it.

I've offered her water, but she doesn't show any interest in anything. I think it's difficult to open her mouth because the skin is completely peeled back from her lip, down her chin, and a little further back. It's just dangling. It's really alarming to see, or at least it is for me.
I will continue to offer her water though, when shes a wake. It's worth a shot, even if she doesn't take it. I hope they can hydrate her tomorrow.

She hasn't drank any water, but I definitely offered her some!
I'm not sure she'll have any interest in anything, with the skin peeled back from her chin and whatever else she has wrong with her. I'm really eager to get her to the humane society tomorrow, oh mann. I hope she finds someone awesome.

If you have one of those little plastic syringe type things for administering medications orally, you can get some water into her that way, just put it gently into the corner of her mouth and tip her head back a little bit, then sloooowwly squeeze water into her mouth, some might dribble out but she'll swallow some just cause she won't have much choice. Depending on how long she was left like that it may just save her life to be hydrated while she tries to make it through the night.
Good on you for helping her out, it's so heartbreaking but for some of us it's the only choice when we see an animal that needs help like this. I'm such a sucker that I've even moved dead cats off the road after somebody has hit them just because I couldn't stomach the idea of their little bodies being run over again, or the idea of their families finding them in pieces :C. Wish people just wouldn't keep outdoor cats, would solve a LOT of problems.
