The Leipzig Zoological Garden, which first opened in 1878, stands out for having the largest zoological primate facility in the world. It features other complex building projects, and its 56 acres house over 850 species. (There are no pandas, though, so Ru in his panda hoodie will have to fill in that gap during the visit.^^)
