I finished this cosplay earlier this month, but didn't get around to uploading it up on here until today.
Made this head using this nifty pattern for MLP fursuit heads made by Toki-Reatle, using EVA foam. http://fav.me/d72566y Because seriously, the “Friendship is Magic” ponies look more like deer than actual horses, so it was perfect to use as a base for the Rankin Bass version of Rudolph. After putting all the pieces together, I just carved some foam onto the muzzle to make it longer and made my own ears for it.
And yes, the nose does light up, as seen in the second photo.
