Demons are more of a religious thing. As I said, the Jotunheim/Utgard is the home of trolls and Jotuns. Giants and Jotuns are pretty much the same thing, Trolls being a different kind of monster.

Jotuns on the other hand are mostly described to be more like giant, beautiful humans, more often than not. I guess Surt/Surthur might be an exception though. >3>
