I have a joke with one of my long distance friend that I'm actually a little deer that lives inside her phone that talks to her, gives advice, proofreads her papers etc. etc. Since we can't hang out on the physical plane, there's nothing to disprove that I'm not a little deer in her phone.
And anyway, I think it'd make a really fun app to have a small cervine intern in your phone and this picture is like a graphic from that hypothetical app.
