I"m likely using a different program because I don't know what motion tween is.
I just zoomed the camera in to the back of her mouth and brought up a separate part of her throat and made that part grow larger while zooming in further, wasn't very efficient and pushed Anime Studio to some of it's limits but it worked :P (as well as other camera shenanigans.)
