I'm pretty sure there's some cub clothing that would fit that butthug rather well. Zootopia does have species living in it whose babies are about her size, inferringly.

Seriously, well done on this one, Kuri! Judy looks absolutely adorable, the carrot print on her diaper is well done, and the slight wrinkling on the diaper's tail hole is top notch.
