The old Catapult...

Way to make me feel guilty about chasing these guys around in an SRM Ice Ferret.

It was Strategic, okay?!?

They are so helpless in close quarters... unless of course they have as many lasers they do missiles!

Some sadists rig them up with SRMs in the pods, too...

Ohhh yeah, must say I haven't seem one of those setups in a long ass time

And then an Arctic Cheetah appears out of nowhere.

hahah, with all the times those missiles pin me down I have no problem turning that guy into slag.

Don't worry. Wether you fire or not i will find you and tear your ears off anyway! ive designed a terrifyingly fast hunchback-4P with 6MP lasers whom ive come to affectionately call "The Butcher" for the express purpose of tearing off limbs. Favourite target being LRM boats that think they are safe by being at range. Nothing as terrifying as 50tons of death stampeding towards you at 95kph!!! >:3

Ah i remember the very early days. when a Catapult with 2 gauscannons or a stack of SSRM2 was a terrifying sight. nowadays they mostly just keep to long-range bombardment as they should. though not even a full battery of SRM6 and plenty of lasers will help against me. Revenge for all those times i got killed by Streak-cats or just annoyed by LRM is pretty sweet!!

If it makes you feel better i also own a set of Catapults which i take excellent care off. Knowing how to take down LRM boats means i also know how to avoid others. ^^
It's just that if the catapult is not one of my own that they should be carefull <w<

I prefer the Mad-Dog (aka Vulture to Inner sphere) personally. Timberwolf's ears make the LRM racks to big of a target for my tastes.
