Well, introducing: Nihyatar!
I know, the "black demon pegasus with red glowing eyes yada yada"-theme is actually not the most original one, but who cares? :D
Well, as title says, that's Nihyatar, drawn by Schiriki in 2006 as some sort of cover to my big story (honestly, it is HUGE) "Nihyatar", which will be in stores this millenium.
I think.
I'm workin' on it.
Honestly!
Original Art is 30cm x 42cm, made with chalk and polychromos.
The character itself: Nihyatar is a former demon prince that saw the future of his world and didn't want his father and lord of hell to destroy it. So he separated from hell, took a friend of his with him and left for the realm of the mortals to start his big plan and sobatge his father's.
Since he is technically no god, his powers are limited. He only has power over earth and death, thus being very powerful, but not almighty (and leaving him in desparate need for further help).
He hates technology since he blames the desastrous end of his future world on everything that was more complex than a clockwork. Being in his realm and inventing a steam engine is a certain way to get killed in a spectacular and unpleasant way.
Though, if you're loyal to him, spread his word and shun technology he can be a very caring and loving god, using his powers to form fertile soil from wasteland, cure deadly deseases, build huge, important buildings and more.
But since he IS a demon he's egoistic and will pursue his plans and aims at any costs neccessary. Since loving people are generally more loyal than frightened people he cares for his followers, but anyone brave (or stupid, it's so hard to tell the difference sometimes) enough to stand up against him will sooner or later find out that this was a truly, TRULY bad idea.

As far as I know she stopped drawing some time ago, just occasionally doing requests for friends or such. I think she's more into sewing, but to be honest: Haven't heard from her for quite some time now. Don't know if she's got an account here or not, but I think she doesn't.
And yep, perhaps you should ;)

Her pictures are really nice...the stuffed animals she is sewing are....ok ... not my thing...but anyway.
I think that one problem for her drawing have been her prices. No question that the pictures have been worth it....they absolutely are. But too expensive I think.
And I think I will^^
Do you think she would consider drawing one for me again if I would accept her price?
