Pems have Fluffybutt + Tail as a recessive gene too. But both Cardies and Pems are SUPER ADORABLE.

Pems actually have fluffier bums. Cardis, other than the rare fluffy coat, are more wispy floor on their bums. As far as tails, Cardis consistently have them ,and many Pem breeders have started carefully breeding out any tails from their lines, so as to avoid docking. Docking isn't even an option in most of Europe. That being said, there are other visual attributes of variance between the breeds, like ear shape, that I did attempt to portray. I felt the existing line work on the feet expressed Cardi splayed toes well enough to not try changing it.
