Now i know,Christmas is over,but why i dressed as Santa Claus,but it looks different.Well in Russia(Me and my family who live in Russia) we never celebrate Christmas on December 25th,but January 7th.Many Orthodox Christians annually celebrate Christmas day to remember Jesus Christ's birth,described in the Christian Bible.This date works to the Julian calendar that pre-dates the Gregorian calendar,which is commonly observed.What about Russian Santa Claus?Ded Moroz or Grandpa Frost or Old man frost,whatever you wanna call,is a Slavic ictional character similar to that of Santa Claus.Ded Moroz brings presents to children and often delivers them in person on New year eve.
