Hmm. Perhaps a suggestion posted on campus bulletin boards, both virtual and hard copy? You'd likely broach the idea with the student union or administration.

This is true. I could bring it up at a Resident Housing Association meeting, this seems like the sort of thing they'd put in motion. Thanks for sharing the idea, though.
