In a rare moment of peace and quiet, Hueroc takes a minute to perch on the mountainside and survey his territory. In a brief minute away from the mate, the hatchlings, and any... other troubles, he looks out over the scenery, the familiar mountains and valleys and forests, and all seems well. He takes a deep breath, he feels the warmth of the sun on his wings and scales, and he feels relaxed and content. He may not get many chances to reflect this way, but in this time of quiet reflection, it feels to him that all is right in his world.
