-step father was the leader to his old clan of the elder woods, but he became weak and chosen Dylan to be leader but he found Ruby and gave the leader ship to his brother.
-step mother she was casted out from the clan because she was plotting on killing her husband. The reasons why is because she wanted to give it her brother thinking he was more fitting to be leader.
-older brother: Samuel is Dylan real brother. Samuel took care of dylan when their parents left them act the age of 15 and 10. Samuel refuses to tell Dylan why since he doesn’t want him to be sadden by that fact their parents thought they were to weak to even live in the clan.

Habits: uses his horns to claw up trees when he is upset, chews on leaves (doesn’t matter what kind he just chews on them) or wood, when he gets startled he makes a deer noise, and he gets all cuddly when ruby is upset.

Personality: he can get very over protective with Ruby when she is nervous or when another male is around her, gets jealous quickly, caring, very stubborn, and he can be very aggressive when it comes to ruby’s protection

-when he becomes a leshen, Dylan grows a elks mask over his face. for his kind only a leader will be born with this because they are more dangerous since they will be closer to nature this way.

-Dylan only lets ruby call him Dj every once else will know him by Dylan. the reason of this is because Ruby gave him that nickname and he thinks that means she claims him in a way.

-Dylan hate dogs because he is scared of them since one chased him dog the street and refused to leave him alone.

-He does a have fears of dogs, people leaving him, and hurting them.

Short bio:

Dylan and his brother was abandoned at a young age because they were sickly kids. Their parents thought they would die soon so they left them to die together away from the clan. But Alexander (their step father) found them seeing their time of death was still to far away. He took them in his care to teach, love, and train to become great leaders one day. Years past as the two boys grew older becoming strong men, but one day as they went to find food and water for their people, Pandora (their step mother) took in her own hands and poison her husband. She was caught but it was to late, their father was poison badly. They tried to save him, to heal him; but the poison was just to far into his system. In his last dying breaths, he told Dylan to be leader of this clan. His brother was upset that he wasn’t leader but understood congratulating his younger brother.

Before they could do anything, they dragged Pandora to the farthest place in there area called ‘endless roads.’ the Endless roads was just a hallucination from the deeps parts of your mind where you walk forever until your nightmares claim you and end your life, or you starve to death.
“i ask you this Pandora why would you kill your mate?” Dylan asked seeing anger in her eyes.
“He is no mate of mine! My mate would give his title to family not children like you!” She spat at them.
“I wish you peace later in life.” Dylan said as she was shoved into the fields, seeing her start to run. “You be needing it.”

Months went by as they start to get ready for the ceremony for Dylan leader ship. Dylan start to have doubts and not wanting to be leader. He left something was missing, something that he need and want. But this wasn’t it, he would rather give it up but he could’t……..or could he? Sighing he walked around his forest, then he heard a group of people. He knew humans come in and out but he liked watching them wanting to know what would life be like for them. When he went to look he s aw her, his heart pound in his chest, feeling the pull of his soul calling out to her. To his mate! Stand few feet away was Sumer demon. He notice something odd something like a locked up energy. Thats when it clicked, she was wearing human skin what his people called it.

Over the past few days he watch them until a group of his people notice them to. At first he thought they watch but thats when he heard screams. He was about to go into a sprint went his brother and few of his people stopped him. He tried to stay calm but his anger got the best of him and snapped at them to hurry. Right when he was going o run he felt some run right into him. He turn to see his mate, seeing fear in her eyes her tried to calm her. Finding out that she didn’t know much about her kind or his because of her mother he explained she was to be his mate and to stay with him. His clan was happy he found his mate but she on the other hand said no she would not. Fear and rejection took over him, he started to beg but that when his brother pipped in.
“If she wishes to leave then she will leave.” He began to say
“No! I don’t want to leave me!” Dylan yelled.
His brother glared at him putting his finger to his lips. “Before you just but in brother I was saying, she can leave but not with out my brother.”

Everyone whispers in disagreement but seeing that Dylan wasn’t going to leave her side they agreed. His brother gives him a staff to show he was still leader to them. “If you ever want to come back I give you all right to be leader again brother.” He said hugging him. Dylan shakes his head smiling.
“Brother, I won’t be coming back. I can see my mate is very tamed at this point so I will be one of are clan first tamed one. So brother I wish you a great life with greater things than mine. I love you brother.” He said seeing his brother sadden as tears fell from his face. “I love you to.”
