He actually has a backstory

He is basically the guardian of a handicapped human. He became attatched when he first saw the human, becuase they're both handicapped. Pizza can't fly, the human can't walk.
He appears in the human's dreams to make them nice, and it adds to the confidence of the human.
Pizza is also blind, and uses echolocation to find his way around.
