A new sister android for Mal Function! This one's inspired by fireflies. I don't have a good name for her just yet... Maybe Lampyridia? Maybe I should just call her Firefly.

She carries a reinforced transparent container full of compressed gas, which she uses to generate super-heated plasma blasts in combat. How does this work? I don't know! My knowledge of plasma physics is severely limited! Everything is subject to change as I learn more.

On the left is the sketch with a placeholder of her usual arm, and on the right is the same sketch with a placeholder depicting her combat armored arm, which is the one equipped to produce plasma blasts and to assist in stabilization during flight.

Her feet are equipped with rapid-motion roller balls which, when the footpad apparati are unlocked and lifted away, can roll freely and propell her at high speeds in any direction, essentially allowing her to skate with great maneuverability.

During intense firefights, much of her mechanical parts may get extremely hot and glow brightly, enforcing the 'Firefly' aesthetic.

As for the hood, I kept sketching different designs for her head and just ended up hating most of them, but after looking at pictures of Lampyridae (fireflies) online, I decided to give her a hood in order to reflect the appearance of the domed carapace above the firefly's head. I also thought to give her wings, but didn't see a good way to attach them, so I'm thinking I'll design it in some way akin to Iron Man's flight equipment, with the rockets in the boots and palms of the hands, as well as on the back.
