Nah. Although the PSL might kinda looked liked like the SVD in certain appearance features, it's actually pretty different. PSL Is basically a buffed up RPK based dmr rifle cuz the Romanians decided to went on their own on marksman rifle.
PSL is actually more comparable to the Russian vepr rifles which also based on the RPK.
