DCU_B, short for Desert Combat Unit Beta. An ally of Charis.

Long ass story time because I feel like it :P

Incredibly long ago, the species known as man launched it's first AI controlled expedition into an unknown exo-planet. The expedition was a success and plans of terraforming took place. Huge loads of matter and equipment were transported to the planet and everything seemed to work.
At some point a crash happened in the AI's neural network and it developed an aggression against man. According to his current conventions, man sent another machine, a whole factory, to take out the renegade. Time passed, machines evolved themselves and war raged on the planet. This went on in it's isolation for so long that man himself had long vanished from the universe.
Then finally, a new emerging power in it's explorational phase took notice of the scarred planet.

This robot (male personality) is one of several others from the "good" side who battle endlessly on the war torn planet. While on a guerilla mission on a desert with six others of his model they encounter a small squad of enemy robots. DCU_B ends up as the lone survivor and happens to encounter Charis. As the bountyhunter is on a reconnaissance mission on the newly found planet the two decide to join momentarily to survive.

On another note, DCU_B has an interest in literature and occassionally writes memoirs and thoughts in his own strange writing.

Sounds like transformers doesn't it, though I didn't think of it while coming this up -_-
Sometimes "orbular" objects are a headache to draw, being one who randomly refuses to use a "pair of compasses". Decided to submit this though it doesn't really stand mirroring :P There's still stuff I want to work with on this too, like the upper part of his legs I'm not yet quite satisfied with.
Oh yeah. I hope my new symbol doesn't bother o.o
