It’s been a long time since I’ve actually finished Undertale and, after playing such an incredible game, I couldn’t stay long without trying my hand on fanart. Sure, after a long time drawing basically just NSFW, it was actually quite hard not to.
Still, I can’t bring myself to corrupt such a pure character, to be honest. Toriel is simply too pure for this world, she needs to be protected, even though she is completely capable of defending herself, as we already know.
So, I think she’d be pretty happy to reacquire Chara & Asriel’s locket after the True Pacifist ending, as it would be a simple memory from “better” times. At least that’s my reasoning, and the whole motivation for the drawing.

Gotta say this is a lovely piece.
I was requested to draw a pretty ranchy piece of Toriel before I played the game, and afterwards I just felt bad about making that piece. She really is a hard character to corrupt in my mind, that motherly aura she has is too loving for me to tarnish it again.

Well, it's basically impossible to draw something with that nature of such a pure character, and I'm really impressed that there are too many art that is completely unfitting to her. Have you searched for "Toriel" on Google Images recently? It's incredible, to say the least.
Undertale is such a great game that it creates this big of an impact on some artists. I don't think I can draw her in a more adult piece, at least not with peace of mind.
