aye, but christianity has only been around for about 2000 years now, and the Pentical (pentagram) has been around LOTS longer than that

If you're operating on the slightly ignorant mainstream culture level that Disney usually does then the symbolism can easily be taken the wrong way. Not really the sort of message Disney wish to put out to the unthinking masses. :)

Well, in mainstream culture the pentagram is usually associated with devil worship or the occult or similar; not really the sort of thing that Disney wants to associate it's band with.

That would make sense, except, my dancing birdy-bird, the pentagram used in Satanic rituals is inverted. And seeing as how it lacks any inner symbols, that rules out Wicca, as well.

True enough, though additional symbols aren't a requirement for wiccan rituals and neither is the 'inverse' pentagram is a requirement of satanic or Luciferian rituals; but either way, that's crediting mainstream culture with FAR more knowledge and thought than it deserves. XD
