This would be what the armor looks like when he is fully covered up but to have all the gear and pouches he would have to put that all on so all that extra stuff do not form out of thin air once he is fully armored up. The idea of his armor looking like this is the fact he was experimented on as a human by humans that wanted to turn him into a living weapon. This in turn did make him that living weapon but this does not make him immortal, he is still able to be killed its just ten times harder than before.
