Well, there are quite a lot of screenshots from the show where he's not only thicc but often the shading also lends to this as well.So as such whenever I draw him I always make his thighs chunky/thicc haha

I stick to it tightly indeed, when I make a Galvatron design for series that don't have him in I always use his classic thicc-thigh design from the old show hahahaha
and if he is in the show but doesn't have thicc thighs, then I just use a bit of "artistic licence" to chunk them up a bit
