Very cute! Two things I would suggest for a plantigrade that better hint at that type of posture (as well as makes more logical/physical sense); consider adding a heel pad, and consider a slightly pronounced arch to the foot. Walking from heel-to-toe, the heel pad would be important for cushioning, and avoiding certain death by sliding on well-waxed floors. :P Another correlation to consider - the more pronounced the arch, the more the toes would taper in side to resemble the human-like foot structure. Humans have a very well defined arch because our heel-to-toe walking is sort of a roll-around from the heel along the outside out of the foot, across the toes, and leaves off on the big toe. Keeping the toes in a configuration like you do (which, in my opinion looks nicest), the arch would be a lot more subtle as their walking style would be more of a direct heel-ballpad-toes flow. :)
The footpaw classification guide we came up with for the Paw-Post has some good examples of those types of feet. Plantigrade types are C1 to C3:

Overall, she looks fantastic, and all posture and pose is bang-on. :)

Oh no no, I don't mean to imply that what you've done is not plantigrade! It is! XD
There are many "varied" degrees of plantigrade. Again, if you look at the classification systems, the C1 and C2 types are more "human" in shape. C3 types are more what you're aiming for (and personally, I find those the most attractive as well as they retain a more animal-like design). Whether or not a heel pad is included or not is purely up to you - my suggestion to include one is merely that. I think it makes logical sense, but many artists who draw spectacular C3 plantigrade paws don't include them, so it's totally up to you. :)
What you've done here is an amazing one already - like, you are already doing very nice ones, and the body in general is all in the correct stance and proportions for plantigrades.
