Something bit different this time! I decided to make new rule for my TOS (I'm trying to figure out how to word it so it's short and sweet and easy to understand) - I will take from now on canon characters as commissions, but ONLY on icons. Here's the catch though: The commissioner must agree that I publish the icon as F2U, aka Free To Use icon so that anyone can use it. On upside, this makes the icon much cheaper too!
