Battle Resort Daycare Secrets: Chapter 51, Author's Note
ERROR, CHAPTER 50 NOT FOUND
Hello, everyone. I know I'm posting this a bit early, so please forgive me. There are some things that I want to say.
Battle Resort Daycare Secrets was made with a goal in mind, and I want to explain. If you have the kindness to read along, please do. It would mean the world to me.
Pokephilia is a genre many people can relate with. It's definitely more popular than fandoms such as My Little Pony (As strange as it is, I've checked numbers) and for almost the same reason. There are 721 different species, and each one might interest someone.
My personal involvement in Pokephilia is probably different from a lot of those who found the fandom. I was never one for random images of anything pornographic, really. Instead, I liked some bit of story behind it. My very first introduction into Pokephilia was from Solaceon Daycare Secrets (Which I swear is where the term originated).
As sex-heavy as it might seem, and I do agree that it is, I always had a fascination with it. The character's reactions seemed so natural. I really felt like I was the main character behind the story, doing all of those things. And near the end, the story actually started to become a bit genuine, something I have grown to greatly appreciate.
Of course, its owner Megadeath485 discontinued the series. Twice, in fact. I didn't connect as well with the second version, and disappointing it was that both were cancelled. In hindsight, those stories didn't really have a definitive endpoint sent in motion anyways.
So I wanted to finish what he started. I know it's been done before, and probably better, but would I have stopped if I truly believed what I was doing wouldn't have an impact? That's a rhetorical question if words didn't do you justice.
So far (Or as it stands, if you are reading this at the time of the story's completion) I believe that I have somewhat succeeded. Reading even one comment about anything brightens my heart that someone cares, if even the story is just a grain of sand in their bucket of subscriptions.
And that's because this story was made with one goal in mind: Getting people involved. I hope that one day someone comes across this story when they've been shoved away by humans, and they need something to find hope in. Like I did.
That being said, once this story is completed, I'm leaving the fandom. This story is my payback for all the moments you guys' writing has given me, all the cringes and chills your images, and all the sadness and happiness given by your words. I know I'm not that great of a writer, a pretty sucky one actually. Even though I'm leaving, please don't follow me. You're all great people in your own ways, and Pokephilia is one of the most friendly and unifying communities I've ever been in.
Thank you.

hmm pity i agree with you though the story is one of the main reason i visit this website. nothing excites more more than seeing a story in one of my favorite fandoms that is 20-25 stories in and continuing. real talk although i haven't commented much i will miss the fact that you could have written more if you stayed.
i hope you continue to write though. even if its not sexual in nature or if its on this site or even fanfiction. i wouldn't mind reading something else completely different from this but i can respect what ever decision you make.
