I have absolutely no idea! It depends entirely on how much it costs to print them, which depends entirely on how interested people are!
If I can get 100 people to commit to buying a deck, then the cost per deck will be $11.80 + shipping (through the printer I'm currently researching, but I still need to shop around). I might also be able to lower that price to $7.80 + shipping by using an alternate printing method; I just want to get my hands on a couple demo decks so I can see/feel the difference.

You actually included the element and tarot suit, but you didn't include designs for the Page and Knight so it could actually be used as a tarot deck, not to mention the fact that there is no up or down (very important in tarot, as an inverted card means the exact opposite of the meaning of the card), nor does it seem like you are going to make the 22 cards of the Major Arcana (Also very important, as Major Arcana like The Fool and The Moon have no Minor Arcana equivalent).
Sir, I am disappoint.
On the off-chance you DO decide to include the Major Arcana, I would recommend the Rider-Waite progression:
0, The Fool
I, The Magician
II, The High Priestess
III, The Empress
IV, The Emperor
V, The Heirophant
VI, The Lovers
VII, The Chariot
VIII, Strength
IX, The Hermit
X, The Wheel of Fortune
XI, Justice
XII, The Hanged Man
XIII, Death
XIV, Temperance
XV, The Devil
XVI, The Tower
XVII, The Star
XVIII, The Moon
XIX, The Sun
XX, Judgement
XXI, The World

You'd only need to design half a deck more cards, really. Specifically, 30. That is, if your Minor Arcana cards had any top edge or bottom edge. I can see that a good number of them have what can be some sort of indicator, but you have to look at it hard, and the 2, 4, J (Not that it's needed, it's replaced by the Page and Knight), Q, and K all have no indicator at all. The Major Arcana has much more work involved, as the picture on the card must fit the meaning and symbolism behind the card (For example, Death, being a card of change, transitions, and ending, would have something to depict that, while also containing some sort of Grim Reaper to represent Death itself), but I'd say it shouldn't be too challenging. May need more work, though.
I would recommend taking off the element and tarot suit from the ace card (but you can leave the awesome sword and wing design on), and I would recommend designing a tarot deck as a side project. It would be especially helpful if you included keywords for that card on each card, and you could do a really cool thing with the Knights (BTW, the letter code for that would be the same as in chess, N) where on one side, you have the knight representing the positive side of him, and the other side representing the negative side of him. For example, the Knight of Wands card (I believe your design contains hammers instead) would look kind of like the Jack except on one side, he would look confident (but not cocky/arrogant...and not THAT kind of cocky), adventurous, and courageous, and on the other side, he'd look cocky, arrogant, and reckless. Now THAT would be an interesting card. Probably do the same with the other court cards, but with the meaning and the inversion, as the Knight cards are weird.
Here's the site I used to learn.

And two final notes: It's very easy to make your own tarot deck, especially if you play Magic The Gathering, as you can just take the basic lands from a couple of deckbuilder's kits and draw/write on the empty text box with Sharpie, and use the Plains for Swords/Air (Yellow/Light Blue is generally considered the color for Air), the Islands for Cups/Water, the Mountains for Wands/Fire, the Forests for Pentacles/Earth, and the Swamps for the Major Arcana.
And if you do end up designing a tarot deck, I might not be able to purchase it immediately (I is poor), but I would like to purchase one, so if you could keep one on hold for me, that would be awesome. Especially if the keywords for each card are on every card, as I still don't have those down yet.
