Number 8 is 's OC Dahlia!

Now I know she's not a TMNT OC technically, BUT I adore this character a lot and plus I never really took a chance in drawing her ^^ She's just such an awesomely beautiful character in my opinion and I always did like female characters that have sort of a seductress kind of feel. X3

Of course I also adore her creator - she's just such a sweet person and I always laughed when it came to her drawing things of NiNi and Raiko interacting in random ways XD
