Lavanni is a bit of a Techno-geek. Anything computer related she can fix it with easy. Often considered a gamer girl (or gamer babe depends on the situation) ever since her youth she has always been fascinated with video games. Just don't challenge her; she'll most likely school you in both the game and how you can be better at it.

Her strongest qualities, aside computers and technology, are her swiftness, stealth, high self confidence and self reliance, fiercely loyal to her friends, will put others in priority over herself, and her ability of electricity manipulation.

Her main weakness is boys and water. She is very fascinated by them both, but she gets the "boy jitters"* around the guys she likes. She hopes in by dressing flashy she can help attract the right man for herself. Whereas her water problem: she can't swim at all, and sinks like a rock. She may also accidentally shock passersby swimming due to fear, excitement or both. She hopes one day to overcome these personal phobias.

Thereafter, her cons would be: She gets easily excited, often to the point of over-hyper activity. Because of her "hyper-activity" and her provocative nature she tends to make the wrong first impressions. She acts before she thinks things thoroughly, and can get impatient with others for holding her back. Literature; she would rather see a story in motion than rather reading about it, plus writing beyond the basics frustrates her. She's a Geek at heart and will lecture you on her favorite topics beyond the point of boredom, and still thinks you will enjoy what she's teaching you.




* "Boy Jitters" are not just shyness nor over-excitement, but a combination of both. More often then not she'll get so excited she will tremble with anticipation and acts shy until she can introduce herself to them. Then she'll take the lead of the conversations up to the point where she hugs them and shocks them out of pure excitement. This often results the guys purposely avoiding her and using the unspoken rule #37: "Look but DO NOT touch!"

Artist's Notes:

First of all I made sure I followed all the rules:

"Draw Luigi as another eeveelution
Make use has his glasses and black hair (u can put a hair style if you like)
Make sure his has the green bandanna (you can change to necklace, bracelet, etc.)
Add a different personality"

However I thought it would be fun if I also drew Luigi as a female. I did ask permission first before I went through with this picture. Since the rules didn't state that you can't gender-bender. Besides Luigi has all but a Jolteon in his Eeveelutions Original Character, albeit he does barrow Bri the Leafeon, and Vee Vee the Glaceon, I never seen a Jolteon in his line-up. However for the name sakes, as much as I love to keep Luigi's name as an original, different personality quota made me feel it will not be the same. So I took initiative to make up a new one.

So, think of Lavaani as more like a fraternal twin sister, much like Hemiko is to  Black-Winged-Eevee
