Very neat though I would've thought there would be refrigerator and maybe more cooler space. Rarely seen a freezer right next to the major sources of water.. over all neat design.

Actually, this is just one room. The door on the left leads to the walk-in fridge, so there is plenty of cooler space. The freezer shown here is strictly for frozen things like ice and ice cream.

Ok though I still question placing it next to the sink dishwasher..
SCale is hard to figure as well since a commercial kitchen should have a 3 compartment sink for most health code.. generally wash, rinse sanitize..

I've worked in bakeries and freezers being near the water source is extremely practical because water is needed for the machine to produce ice. And yeah, three compartment sinks are standard sanitary practices for us, but you have to understand that these are cats so, our human health system is illogical. For instances, since they are covered in fur, does that mean that they have to wear gloves that reach up to their shoulders? Certainly not. Do they have to wear masks that cover their faces which are also covered in fur? Certainly not. This isn't earth we are talking about and these are not humans so I can't be bound too tightly to our methods of hygienic maintenance. ^_^

Most bakeries and restaurants I've worked in the ice maker was seperate from the freezer. Overall neat and as you said will help you make background
