Mass murderer and the antagonist of Tokei's story.

From the hospital records, he has been reported for many injuries: Torn wings, permenetly damaged eye, burns and deep cuts, two lost limbs (his arms, replaced with mechanical ones, a broken tail, and most recently an "M" on his naked back.

But what about that big "X" on his head? There were times when he self-mutilated hisself, cutting hisself everywhere. When he was a teen, he slashed an "X" on him, but after he did his first kill, he thought the X was brief for "eXtermination"

there, he goes as a rival to Max and Tokei, and a blood thirsty assassin. Did I mention he was the one to protect Frix's soul after his death?
