True story: Some friends moved into an apartment a half block from a Del Taco.
As I was helping them unload their moving van, they expressed excitement they were so close to a taco place. I warned, "Ugh, you don't want to go there."
A week later one of them reported that they'd had their first Del Taco. I asked how it went.
He said, "Ugh. I wish we'd listened to you."
