Hey, I tried on my own and well I havent got very far. I have a fantastic horse plush shown here. I wanted to get another about its same size. However that is the problem. There isnt too much around me. A toysRus and that is about it. I got this one about 12 year ago at a walmart or a Krogers grocery store. I wanted to get another but I cant find anything like mine at all and the tag is frayed and cant be read. I've looked on line and cant find crap that is definate.
I looked into this one here
http://www.amazon.com/Natches-Horse.....ZH59DBAC7AAP2R
and I just got it in the mail. Its amazing and adorable but alot smaller then expected. It says 27 inches and when I measured it I seemed to be only about 19 inches and maybe 6 inches across.
The biggest this company , douglas, makes is this
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0.....e=UTF8&me=
which says its 36 inches. I am interested but I'm worried I'm going to be set up to be disappointed. Does anyone know where I can look to get a large plush horse that is well made but hopefully not too expensive. I know custom making is an option but the ones Ive heard of are like 500-1000$ and I dont really have maybe more then a 70-100$ budget max.
Any info would help. Thanks

I did some searching around for jumbo stuffed horse and found some results:
http://www.amazon.com/BigPlush/b/re.....e-bin=BigPlush
(is the store page on Amazon)
Here's a horse they sell:
http://www.amazon.com/Stuffed-Horse.....51&sr=8-20
Beyond that you either have to deal with a standing horse which is plush covered but not cuddly or get one of those carnival quality ones made with the cheap fuzzy fabric. I've found some bigger horses but they're over $200.

Sam's Club Sells a small selection of very large plushies for less than 50 dollars each I know that seems like a weird place They're normally inside a big cardboard box that they cut the top off of I have gotten a very large horse and they sold a different model horse this year And I have also bought one of the unicorns but I've seen 3 different unicorns
I have a milddle size dino and a large alligator, I can measure mine and take some pictures if you're interested Sam's Club here is the $35 membership even If you buy only two plushies in the year your gona be saving alot vs all online,
after shipping and all of that crud being quite the deal

your gona have to copy paste the last pic because FA hates me
the brown pony and the unicorn are both about 4 feet long (48 inches)with a face thats close to a foot wide (12 inches)
the middle size dino is more like 3 feet (36 inches)
the two biger ones where under 50 dollars after taxes and the dino was closer to 20

Oh, hey, I had an idea. Someone on Deviant art posted a pattern for a MLP type of horse plush but you could probably easily modify it for normal horse. Dunno if you're interested in building one but it could be a way cheaper option and you could make it look like how you want it to look.

Sounds neat but I dont have the skill. I tried to make stuff before and my hand sewing sucks. My mom knows how to do some things but its hard to get her to help me. The main thing is the eyes. All I've ever seen were embrodided eyes done by a machine, and dont have one of them. Its neat to find a pattern though. Also I can never find the fuzzy matteral that stuffed animals are made out of. Thanks for the info though. I found something on toysrus that might be what I want, but like before I have no idea I guess until I order it cause there is nothing I can compair it to :P
The fuzzy material you can find at any Joanne's fabric, the eyes you could possibly purchase teddy bear eyes at: http://www.bearycheap.com/eyesanoses you could also find various artists who make plush animals and commission them to embroider some for you, or lastly you could use a laser printer to print on an iron-on and iron that onto the horse's head.
