Meet Hypnotic, the latest villain to cause endless amounts of trouble for heroes and civilians alike. Hypnotic is not a villain who prefers physical confrontations, but when push comes to shove a twist to the top of his cane reveals a hidden sword to which he is all too happy to demonstrate his fencing skills. If a job goes well for him though you'd never even know he was there. Lloyd has the power of absolute hypnosis through eye contact, and his favorite scheme to pull is using an unsuspecting employee to rob a store blind, deliver him his ill-gotten gains, and then forget the entire event happened. In case he needs to buy himself some time, Hypnotic is capable of casting solid illusions to distract opponents with.
