Thought I do wanna know how you make the sun glare like that.

On a separate layer, use a air soft brush,
use a red/orange color
and set the layer to screen.
Depending on how intense you want the lighting to be. If you wanna make it hardly noticeable (like in this pic) use a blur filter to make the sunlight spead out some to give it that smooth transition.
Hope that helps a little! If not, I'll set up some tutorial pic for ya and dropbox it.

I may use Sai, but that'll still work, I tried doing it before but the consistency wasn't quiet the way I wanted it.
I'll try spreading the sunlight a bit more and see if that works.

LoL Well- when I drew Umi just randomly doing something like this, I was like... hey let's emphasize a little on her racks bouncing. So I thought Dead or Alive but a lil' less of the EXTREME bouncyness lol. At least they will make it look like she's also moving rather than being still or something to be realistic :P

The boobs are her fuel storage areas. The fuel is somewhat less dense than air. They bounce. A lot.

I remember reading that from somewhere... either you told me or it's on her bio. But yeah and if memory servrs me correct, it's basically fuel for her breathing fire. ^_^
