"Bio-Organic Weapon" = the idea where you either turn an existing living creature or create a specific creature which purpose is to be a weapon in warfare.
In this case, we have this rather curious, out of nowhere idea that popped into my head, where a large creature happens to be equipped with couple of generators that will send out electricity against nearby enemies, working either as a strange version of a walking EMP-tank or as an electrocutioner to take down some of the larger yet menial problems..... if not even accidentally crisp them if the volts and amps are high enough.
