This is Noot. He's my Undertale OC. His monster species is called Velpes and actually has a lot of info I planned out but don't feel like typing ATM. I'll probably add more stuff later but meh, my gallery needs an update and this is my most finished drawing ATM. His pupils change according to his emotions, and his "hands" are not bound to his body in any way aside from magic. He can literally reach over and slap a ho from across the room. His cloak hides his actual arms, which are feathery wings.
