Too me, this is just a weird representation of a scene out of King Kong. Instead now we have King Bear and the cute Vixen climbing up to the top of the building. Looks like King Bear (head Located upper half of photo) Has one arm wrapped around the metal pole coming out of the ground and one wrapped around a very disgruntled looking white vixen. (She is in the lower half image. Face directly below bears face, only smaller and tilted 5 degrees clockwise)
