Cigar Review of the Week: Arturo Fuente Hemingway Classic
Hey guys, it's a new month with a big and classic name.
Probably one of the biggest names in the entire industry too. o.o
I decided to go with a classic.
Arturo Fuente Hemingway Classic:
Wrapper : Cameroon
Filler : Dominican
Binder : Dominican
Pre-Light/Construction:
There are alot of perfectos when it comes to Fuente.
The wrapper was rough at best but a smooth lightly oiled touch to it,
With the color giving it more of a natural tobacco look, there was an old worldly
presence circling around my head. The smell was a more natural take on a stick. Slightly
peppery and cedary. Once sliced, it had a great draw.
The Burn Part 1:
Very vibrant in a light white pepper came into play from the first few puffs. Along came the sweet notes of caramel. The draw was only exceeding it's flavor. With a slight natural tobacco flavor coming into play at the last of the first 3rd, I knew the more it was dubbed classic.
The Burn Part 2:
The white pepper dwindled down a bit to a more calmer spice. A bit of zest was the culmination to it's down grade. More of a natural cedary note was developing in the tobacco flavor. It was like taking me from the outside and putting my in a more natural setting where the fields grow on a sunny day. The body is still medium at this point.
The Burn Final:
With the last several puffs in the stick, not much has changed and I am not complaining with it. :3 With the last puff, I gave the stick a proper burial in the ashtray with a smile.
Verdict:
Any person who is a expert or a beginner can know that even for a simple blend, can make your day better. For the classic person in you, this is the stick for you.
