A pirate ship
Goes through many transformation phases. The first phase is the ship on the right (facing diagonal). The second phase is the bottom-left model. The third phase is the top-right model. The forth phase is the middle model. The protrusions coming out from the ship (10 in total) are turrets. The thing on the top and bottom of the ship are large cannons. They can swivel around so that they can shoot behind
This is a very large ship, by the way - about the size of a small military base (I don't know how big that is, but it shouldn't be too big). This is basically a flying military base -- for pirates.
Thanks to my sister, I have to recreate this ship. She fucked up the computer and everything was lost. Thankfully, I had a jump drive, but I didn't get a chance to save my newly created Vagour, in any of it's forms.
There are supposed to be 5-6 forms of this ship by the way.
