Casey and Kat got me back into neopets. This is Xio, who will be a biscuit lupe at some point. He's a hunter turned Demon King's henchman. :3 Plus, he's just adorable imo.
So, some facts about Xio:
- He always wears a scarf, but the colors and designs of said scarf aren't set in stone. He mainly wears it to cover up that scar.
- All of his markings are symmetrical. The scars are not. Scars are that pale peach that is separate on the ref.
- His hair doesn't always cover his other eye, in fact his hair tends to be swept up or back so that you can see it.
