Wish I could nap. My "naps" are basically lies I tell myself before sleeping 6+ hours and ruining my tentative sleep schedule. Damn previous 3rd shift job ruining everything.

I always feel too weird when I wake up after naps so I try to avoid taking them @-@

If I do decide to take a nap i try to keep it to two hours, plus the time it takes me to actually get to sleep, since that's the number I came up with through research. 30 minutes or 2 hours seems best though even 17 minutes can give you a good amount of energy.
